BollyFIT (All Levels):
BollyFIT is a bollywood danced based workout designed to increase your heart rate and get you pumped! BollyFIT is highly effective as it uses your own muscle mass a long with body toning movements to ensure that you are working up a sweat and shedding those calories!
Bollywood Babe (All Levels):
With the craze around the Oscar-Award Winning Film, Slum Dog Millionaire, Bollywood dance has come into the spotlight! Bollywood is the informal term popularly used for the Mumbai-based Hindi language film industry in India. Bollywood is the largest film producer in India and one of the largest in the world. The name is a portmanteau of Bombay (the former name for Mumbai) and Hollywood, the center of the American film industry. In this unique and fun workshop, you will various basic Bollywood movements- with a sexy flair! You will then be challenged to learn the smokin’ routine, taught by DivaGirl Founder Laura Furtado! Get ready to dance, sweat and have fun!
Bootcamp Babe (All Levels):
Women only circuit bootcamps to sculpt lean muscles, blow torch fat and increase flexibility and endurance. We get your heart pumping with some fun, fast music and intense cardio intervals. We sculpt and define your muscles with weights, resistance bands and various other equipment. No class is the same and it’s definately NOT for the faint of heart.

Broadway Jazz (All Levels):
Get ready for All That Jazz!! In this session, you will be introduced to the sultry style of Broadway Jazz, just like the New York City showgirls! Taken from traditional contemporary Jazz training, you will learn basic Jazz techniques and steps, incorporated with elements of dance conditioning. All movements learnt in the class will have an element of sexy flair and stunning style, fused with some Musical Theatre accents. Music from hit musicals such as Chicago, Fossy and All That Jazz will be used for the majority of sexy choreography. High heeled shoes are required and should be brought to every class. Come on girls- let’s jazz it up!
Calling All Pussy Cats! (All Levels):
Learn how to dance like a Pussycat Doll! In this 8-week session, you will be inspired to learn various sizzling dance-pop moves that have been characterized by the all-American pop girl group, PCD. Learn various steaming routines to various sexy tracks such as Buttons, Hot Stuff, Bottle Pop, When I Grow Up and more. This session is welcome to any woman who is learning how to dance in a sexy, social setting- and feel good about themselves! Get fit, have fun and feel sexy, PCD style. Sexy diva attitude and heels are required.
Cardio Fitness (All Levels):
The fitness class is perfect for those in search of cardio that will inspire and motivate them. No more boring treadmills at the gym. The class will be high energy and geared mainly towards cardio, but will also include components of strength training. A fuzion of kick boxing, step aerobics, pilates, and yoga will have your heart pumping and sweat flying! No experience is required for this class.
Dance Grooves (All Levels):
Dance Grooves is a dance class series designed to highlight the important aspects of fitness, dance and fun. In a unique way, women have the opportunity to experience different styles of dance such as Salsa, Hip Hop, Strip to Fit, Jazz, Bollywood, Swing, Line Dancing, etc. Dance Grooves is a high-energy, cardio lovin’ class that fuses various styles of dance to help you get fit and have fun! The class offers custom, basic choreography, to get you movin’ and groovin’! Regardless of what style you do, you’ll be dancing!
Diva Booty Dance Bootcamp (All Levels):
One new workshop to get your heart pumping and your body jumping! Let’s add some spice to these very popular bootcamps classes with some hot dance moves. “The Sun is Shining”, “Your Body is Toning” and “Your Legs are Movin” with Milton’s hot new bootcamp session! Get ready to sweat, get fit and have fun!!!
Diva Tush & Tummy (All Levels):
Let’s Work it, Diva Style! With this 30 min intense Tummy & Tush workout you’ll sweat, sweat, sweat, sweat! You will change intervals and combinations to address those problem areas. Feel the burn with this hot new session!
Girl-A-Licious (All Levels):
Calling all sexy gals! This all female, high-energy dance class, incorporating various popular dance movements in the genre of hip hop and pop dance. This session will have will have you twisting, shaking and bringing out the diva within. This session is inspired by the girls that are so delicious, such as the Pussy Cat Dolls, Britney Spears and Danity Kane, Crystals’ Girl-A-Licious jazz moves will have you breaking out of your shell and on the dance floor with the latest trends with sexy soul power!
Goddess Bodysculpt (All Levels):
GODDESS BODYSCULPT will work wonders throughout your entire body by indulging in squats, lunges, presses, pulls, and lifts. Learn how to use these movements to sculpt and carve gorgeous curves and sexy definition … just in time for spring and summer! Please bring with you 3 and 5 pound dumbbells, a workout mat, and a burning desire to get lean and fit, sexy and strong! We are all goddesses … reveal yours one muscle at a time! Equipment provided.
Jazz Workout (All Levels):
The jazz class is great for beginners, as well as those who want to improve their technique and push themselves for more. Following a set 1-hour warm-up, Sam and Terra will teach across-the-floor progressions with options for those at a beginner level, those at an elementary level, and those at an advanced level. No matter your experience, you’ll learn the basics and continue to expand and improve upon what you already know. The class will end with a combination that always varies in style. You could be doing Fosse one week and Latin the next!
Jive (All Levels):
Jive is a dance style in 4/4 time that originated in the United States from African-Americans in the early 1940s. It is a lively and uninhibited variation of the Jitterbug, a form of Swing dance.
Pilates (All Levels):
Pilates is an exercise method that truly changes your body. Strengthen your core, lose inches, create long, lean muscles and improve posture, flexibility and overall body awareness. You will walk straighter and with more confidence!
Pilates Sculpt (Intermediate):
Pilates sculpt is a more intense version of Beginner Pilates. The moves flow together quicker to add a cardio element and weights and Thera-bands are introduced to add a little more resistance making the moves more challenging!
Salsa (All Levels):
The perfect class for absolute beginners! Learn the basic steps of salsa as well as basic partnering techniques. Styling and musicality is discussed and demonstrated though the emphasis of this course is on technique and timing. Learn 4 great moves and variations that turn your two left feet into dancing feet!
Sexy Bikini Bootcamp (All Levels):
Ready to work it girl? Then Sexy Bikini Bootcamp is for you! This brand new session focuses on conditioning & sculpting an even sexier you, while increasing flexibility and improving your posture by using various methods such as Pilates & yoga to rev up endurance & overall strength. Not for the faint of heart, this class will having you utilizing every part of your body for an overall sizzling workout with results. Leave your complaints at the door, and be prepared to (literally) work your butt off.
Sexy Belly Dancing (All Levels):
Belly dancing celebrates being a woman in a way that is sensuous, graceful and powerful. In this class, you will combine movements that incorporate both the Lebanese and Egyptian styles. This workshop will explore movement from head to toe, focusing on isolation and muscle control. Don’t be surprised if you discover muscles that you never knew you had! All levels are welcome from beginner to advanced.

Bollywood is the latest trend in fitness, inspiring women across North America, to dance in sexy ways! Bollywood dance consists of various Indian and Western Dance forms, which are inspired by the music in the Bollywood (Indian film) Industry. The expressive dance style incorporates a fusion of Indian classical, folk dance, bhangra, arabic, latin & hiphop/funk styles. This session will focus on the more feminine and sexy songs and movements. Students should dress in comfortable and stretchy clothing.
Sexy Bootcamp (All Levels):
Start a to a sexier you! Get ready to work it, diva styles! In this one-hour jam-packed class, you will conduct various cardio & conditioning exercises to help you get back into shape. You will work on drills and combos to help you tone your sweet spots: abs, legs and butt, and do lots of cardio for a full body workout. You will also fuse dance and aerobics, to make the class fun and sexy, in this bootcamp styled class. Get ready to work it girl!
Sexy Core & Stretch (All Levels):
Work it ladies- sexy styles!! In this ½ hour, jam-packed class, we focus on two main aspects: conditioning and flexibility. For 30 minutes, you will conduct various toning exercises to work your “sweet spots,” putting emphasis on your abs, legs and butt. You will also be lead through various stretching exercises to work on your flexibility and elongate your muscles. This is a great session for those ladies who are interested on getting a “mini” workout before the night is over, and the opportunity to work on those elements that make you sexy!!
Sexy Dance Sweat (All Levels):
Dance, sweat and look sexy all in one! In this hot session, you will take a huge concentration on conditioning and toning those hard to get “sexy” areas- especially your ABS!! We’re going to take you through a world of intense toning and a smokin’ cardio workout/routine, infused with sexy moves from “Strip to Fit” and “Sexy Hip Hop.” We’ll dance away to some of the sexiest Top 40 and Hip Hop… let’s sweat it off- sexy styles!!
Sexy Goddess Workout (All Levels):
Let’s get HOT! It’s a perfect time to dance, be sexy and have fun!! This session is great to help you get into shape, while having a great time with the ladies, dancing sexy styles. In the sizzling session, a major focus will be on muscle conditioning, toning and cardio. This one-hour class leads you various fitness/dance exercises that will make you sweat and groove, by infusing dance elements from a typical Strip to Fit and Sexy Hip Hop class. Get ready to work it ladies!
Sexy Hip Hop (All Levels):
Get ready to “funk it up-” hip hop styles!! The Sexy Hip Hop class consists of a heart-pumping warm-up with body isolations to get the mind and body moving and grooving to some popular beats. We then sweat to top 40 music including Hip Hop, R & B and Reggae, as we learn a fun and sexy choreographed routine! This session is great for those women who are looking for a cardio workout that is different, fun and sexy!
Sexy Jazz Dancing (Intermediate):
Jazz Bar Bar style can best be described as sultry, sensual and cool, but with a fun, spicy and playful edge! The combination of these two influences creates a style that’s a ton of fun, and gets your body moving in rhythmic and playful ways you never knew it could! Try these sexy moves out next time you hit up the Rex and you’ll knock ‘em dead!
Sexy Reggaeton (All Levels):
Raggaeton is the latest sensation on the dance floor; every single club has fallen in love with this exotic and upbeat rhythm! In this workshop, you learn how to move your body like a snake and jam in a sexy way. This style of dance is an explosive fusion of Salsa, Reggae and Afro dance, creating a dance that is ALL sexy! Reggaeton, over the past few years, has grown to be known as the “hot and sexy” dance, that’s gonna make you sweat!
Show Girl (Intermediate):
In this performance-based class, we will focus sexy choreography. As the next level up from a traditional Strip to Fit class, you get the opportunity to train like a professional dancer. In this 6-week session, we will spend about some time on traditional dance conditioning and core-training (taken from mainstream Jazz and Ballet techniques). For the remaining of the class, we learn sexy, exciting choreography (in which you can have input!) that will creatively evolve. By the end of the session, you will have trained and mastered one or two smokin’ dance routines, on a group level. This class is geared for women who are interested in building choreography and learning various performance techniques.
Sizzlin’ Salsa (All Levels):
1 2 cha cha cha! In this sizzlin’ salsa session, you learn the basic salsa techniques and movements, necessary for you to be a Salsa Diva! You will be taught basic instruction of turning and cross-body lead patterns. Each class will end with you learn a mini salsa routine. Some Merrangae, Cha Cha and Raggaeton may also be incorporated. Get ready to heat up the dance floor!
Strip to Fit (All Levels):
Strip Aerobics is a combination of a strip workout (aka Strip Aerobics), Yoga, Pilates, Jazz dance, and a whole ‘lotta exotic maneuvers! It is great for any uber-femme that is interested moving her body naturally, unapologetically and freely. Strip Aerobics is the ultimate in women’s fitness- all women are welcome in this fun, exciting and sexy session!!
Strip to Fit with Stretch (All Levels):
Strip Aerobics is a combination of a strip workout (aka Strip Aerobics), Yoga, Pilates, Jazz dance, and a whole ‘lotta exotic maneuvers! It is great for any uber-femme that is interested moving her body naturally, unapologetically and freely. Strip Aerobics is the ultimate in women’s fitness- all women are welcome in this fun, exciting and sexy session! We then end this session with some sexy stretching and conditioning.
Video Star (All Levels):
In this performance-based class, we will focus sexy choreography- just like in the music videos. As the next level up from a traditional Strip to Fit class, you get the opportunity to train like a professional dancer. In this 8-week session, we will spend about some time on traditional dance conditioning and core-training (taken from mainstream Jazz and Ballet techniques). For the remaining of the class, we learn sexy, exciting choreography (in which you can have input!) that will creatively evolve- both freestyle and choreographed. By the end of the session, you will have trained and mastered one or two smokin’ dance routines, on a group level which we will perform with costumes, on film for your personal keeping. This class is geared for women who are interested in building choreography and learning various performance techniques.
Zumba (All Levels):
ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music – dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
