Dance Grooves is a dance class series designed to highlight the important aspects of fitness, dance and fun.  In this workshop, you will experience the different styles of dance of Broadway Jazz, Hip Hop, Bellydance, Disco, Salsa and Bollywood.  Get up and dance!   Included are 2 FIS CECs with CanFitPro!REGISTRATION REQUIRED.

Get fit- sexy styles! In this workshop we focus on learning basic movements on three various platforms: standing, wall and floor. Choreography and teaching ideas are offered to aid in the creation of a sexy fitness class for the average woman!

Sexy Dance Sweat Instructional Workshop
Saturday, November 12th, 3:30P-6:30PM
This workshop is the continuation of the Sexy Fitness Instructional. It is an intermediate level workshop that is focused on continuing your learnings and dance developments in sexy dance. Our focus is on chair dancing, prop dancing and performance!

This is your opportunity for a fun, empowering and confident photo-shoot experience and creating your own unique collection of stunning, modern boudoir portraits.  Lead by your Photographer, Marlen James, and hosted at the stunning Roosevelt Room venue in Toronto, a location inspired by the classic glamour of old Hollywood and the roaring twenties.

This Christmas workshop is geared to get you in the mood for the holidays… XXX-mas styles!  This festive workshop is not only loads with fun, yet super hot!  In the Sexy Santa workshop, you will learn various introductory strip tease techniques and floor/wall choreography that will definitely work your core muscles and get you into the mood for yummy dancing.  This is a great workshop to participate with your friends, as a holiday get-together or Kris Kringle girls’ night out!!  An extra shirt is required for the strip tease.

Chair Dancing- 3PM
Are you ready to show off your sexy stuff?!  In this scandalous holiday workshop, we learn a sexy dance with a prop- a chair!  We learn various chair techniques to unleash the tease in you!  By the end of the workshop,  you will have learnt a dangerously hot Lapdance routine- to be performed at a later date.  This workshop is for the daring ladies who are NOT oh-so-shy.  This is a great workshop to participate with your friends, as a holiday get-together or Kris Kringle girls’ night out!!  Sexy diva attitude required.
