Payment:

1.    What type of payment method do you accept?
To purchase via the DivaGirl Boutique, you must pay online directly with a PayPal account.  Don’t have a PayPal?  No worries, PayPal also allows you to pay with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card.  We also accept email money transfers to info@divagirlboutique.com.

2.    I don’t feel comfortable with the online payment options – is there a way I can pay offline?
Of course! Please send an email to orders@divagirlboutique.com and we can place your order via email.  To submit payment, you will need to mail a cheque directly to the DivaGirl office in Toronto.  Your order will only be shipped out once payment is received. 

Shipping & Delivery:

3.    Do you ship to locations in Canada?
Yes, we ship to all locations within Canada.  All Canadian orders are shipped for a flat fee of $9.99 CDN.  A service fee of $25 is added to orders going to the Canadian Territories.  There is FREE shipping for all orders over $90 in North America.

4.    Do you ship to locations in USA?
Yes, we ship to all locations within USA.  All USA orders are shipped for a flat fee of $9.99 CDN.  A service fee of $25 is added to orders going to the Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.  There is FREE shipping for all orders over $90 in North America.

5.    Do you ship to locations in Europe/Overseas?
Yes, we ship to all locations within Europe.  All international orders are shipped for a flat fee of $29.99 CDN.

6.    How can I track my order?
To receive an update on your order, please contact orders@divagirlboutique.com.  Once you provide your order confirmation, we will be happy to assist you with a shipment status.

7.    How quickly can I receive my shipment?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.  Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping.

8.    If I purchase a product from the “Downloads” section, how quickly can I receive my product?
If you purchase a “downloadable” product, you should receive your product via email within 30 minutes.  If you do not receive your product or have issues downloading it, please contact info@divagirlboutique.com and explain your situation.  We will be happy to help!

9.    Can I expedite an order?
Yes, orders placed via DivaGirl Boutique may be expedited upon request.  Please send a note to orders@divagirlboutique.com to confirm when your order is requested and we will confirm availability.  Please note that additional shipping charges will apply, depending on time and location.

Returns & Refunds

10.    What if I receive a product that I don’t like?
At DivaGirl, items may be returned (if not worn or opened) within 20 days of the purchase date.  If you plan on returning an item, please send an email to orders@divagirlboutique.com with confirmation of the order description, order date and reason for returning.  Your refund payment will be processed after the item is received at head office (a mailing address will be provided to you upon receipt).  Please note that you will be responsible for shipping back to DivaGirl.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

11.    What if I receive a piece of clothing that doesn’t fit me?  Can I return it for another size?
Yes, you are able to within 20 days of the purchase date.  Please send an email to orders@divagirlboutique.com with confirmation of the order description, order date, the new size requested and your return shipping address.  Your new size (if in stock) will be shipped out after your current item is returned to head office (a mailing address will be provided to you upon receipt).  Please note that you will be responsible for shipping back to DivaGirl.
